Elastomer compounds

Our compounds are developed in our own laboratory or will be produced due to customer specifications.

Since many years paid compounding is part of our Programm.

It goes without saying, that customer formulations are confidential as per agreement.

We produce in two internal mixers with intermeshing mixing blades.

Effective volume of white mixing line 42 litres
Effective volume of black mixing line 60 litres

Over more 15 mixing rolls for smaller batches are available.

We process all types of elastomers available on the market.

We supply as follows:

• Milled sheets


• Plates of defined thickness


• Batch-off sheets endless or short


• Suspended test pieces


• Calender sheets up to 850 mm width

Products for printing

Development and production of printing blankets for the printing of plastic cups as well as blankets for lacquering cans is part of our main business.

Shore A grades from 25° to 75° can be realised with all types of elastomers available on the market.
Thickness from 1,8 mm to 10,00 mm and dimensions from 430x 630 mm to 1050x1850 mm.
All with or without fabric inlay.

One speciality of our company is the development of printing blankets and laser rubber blankets for your special application.
